This 26 year old woman requested breast augmentation. It was also noted her nipples were asymmetrical with the right nipple being lower than the left nipple. This was corrected by performing breast augmentation in conjunction with asymmetrical crescent mastopexy. The patient has 400 cc saline filled implants in the subpectoral position. Her postoperative photographs were taken seven months after surgery, the scars are healing well and will continue to fade over time. Now, one of the breasts is larger and fuller with improved cleavage, but the patient’s nipples are now even.
