This 54 year old woman has had multiple prior breast implant procedures. The patient presents with severe breast asymmetry and disfiguration of her right breast with an unusual “oblique” or “vertical” double bubble deformity. The cleft runs down the medial aspect of her right breast. The corrective surgery consisted of bilateral removal of her implants, a capsulectomy to remove the abnormal scar tissue, release of the pectoralis major fibers causing the abnormal crease and insertion of a new pair of 300 cc Moderate Profile Plus silicone gel filled breast implants. The implants were inserted into a “dual plane” pocket. Her postoperative result is seen one year after the corrective surgery.
